How the score is calculated
Every agency gets a score from 0 to 100. It determines the order in listings — and it cannot be bought.
Score = 100 · (0.35·R + 0.25·P + 0.20·V + 0.10·C + 0.10·A) R Reviews Bayesian-smoothed (5 fictional votes at 4.0), age halves the weight every 2 years P Credentials sum of the weights of verified credentials / 6, capped at 1 V Verified 1 if verified, 0.4 if expired, otherwise 0 C Completeness of the profile in percent A Activity response rate to requests (90 days) and profile maintained within the last 90 days
What's not included
The plan booked. Premium agencies additionally appear in up to two slots per list, labeled “Sponsored”. In the organic ranking, they appear wherever their score places them.
Reviews
Five criteria (technical quality, on-time delivery, communication, handover, value for money), email confirmation, checks for self-reviews, throwaway addresses, and duplicate text. Agencies can respond once but can't delete anything.
Stack match
When technology filters are active, core expertise counts in full, additional experience counts 0.6, and a verified credential adds +0.2. The value is shown on each card.
Requests
Requests go only to verified agencies that match the category, budget, radius or remote option, and required credentials — sorted by match, score, and a fairness component so the same agencies don't get every request.
